Simmer Pot Instructions: Bring a pot of water to s boil on the stove and then turn it down to low heat so it’s just slightly bubbling. Add in your herbs and allow the pot to simmer for 4-6 hours, making sure to keep and eye on it and add more water as necessary. These herbs can be strained and used a second time within 48 hours. Wet herbs will grow mold if not stored properly. Do not put them back in the original bag. Place them in a container with no lid and set them in a room temperature and dry place. You can also leave them in the pot and reheat the following day.
