Return Policies

At Chaotic Crystal Chick Co. we have strict return and refund policies. 

No refunds will be given for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We are not responsible for any damages to products that occur during the shipping process. We will always do our best to package items securely and safely, but what the postal carrier does is out of our control. 

We have a strict no returns or refunds policy on body care items. We can't accept returns on these items as once they leave our premises we can not resell them.

The only Items we allow returns on is our apparel for the reason of it not fitting correctly. All sizes are unisex on our website, so keep that in mind. Once the item is returned to us we will process a refund in 7-10 business days. If we receive an apparel item back and it is stained or damaged from wear we will not be able to offer your a refund.
